Welcome to Olea Support Hub!
We are an allied health company that was started by four friends, with years of experience in different aspects within the disability space. The philosophy Olea Support Hub is built on is to provide quality work, with transparency, and to foremost do no harm.
All founders of Olea are parents of people living with disabilities and neurodiversity, so we bring a personal, relatable touch to our professional lives.

Our Services
What we do
-
Positive Behaviour Support is an approach used to improve an individual's quality of life and reduce challenging behaviors. It focuses on understanding the reasons behind the behavior and uses proactive strategies to teach new skills and promote positive behaviours.
-
Social workers play a vital role in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. Key services a social worker can provide are assessment and planning, advocacy, support and counselling, education and crisis intervention.
-
Support coordinators are the pin that holds all of your NDIS supports in place. They will help you understand and navigate your NDIS plan, find you suitable support, and help you with advocating to the NDIA.
-
Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of support coordination within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Australia. It is designed to assist individuals with complex needs to manage and coordinate their supports more effectively.
-
Individual daily living assessment is a report that utilises assessment tools to gain objective data, with an interview with the client and carers, to create a snapshot of the participant's life and the challenges they face. This report is a great tool to use during the review process of a NDIS plan review to further evidence difficulties in a participant's life.
-
Occupational therapy is a healthcare profession focused on helping people of all ages to engage in the activities that are meaningful to them and necessary for their daily lives. Occupational therapists work with individuals who have physical, mental, or developmental conditions that impact their ability to perform everyday tasks.
